I vacillate on this subject because I have an open mind, however I have strong, even visceral emotions against the spineless short-sighted politicians that will not accept blame for the situation most municipalities find themselves in. They choose to find a scapegoat to wag their finger at instead of looking in the mirror to find the true culprit. I have my issues with the liberal media, but this report, brought to my attention on the FireCritic's page is more than worth watching. I think it represents a balanced view.
